Welcome to the Weld County 4-H Horse Advisory Council web site. Our group consists of adult and junior volunteers who advise Extension staff on 4-H youth horse program development, assist in coordinating 4-H Horse Project activities, develop and recommend guidelines for unity and consistency in educational activities and serves as a resource in resolving issues relating to Weld County 4-H horse projects.
